Community Action Opportunities is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to perform various administrative, secretarial and record keeping duties to support the Economic Development Department, with majority of work devoted to the Weatherization Assistance Program operations.
Graduation from a regionally or CHEA accredited business school or community college with coursework in office technology or related field and considerable administrative support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
North Carolina Driver License
Possess or ability to obtain Notary Public Certification within one year of employment
Must be able to perform sedentary work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, 10 pound frequently and/or negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Pass a pre-employment background and drug screenings
Salary: $17.21 to $20.00 hourly (DOQ) plus competitive benefits including 401(k) EOE and DFWP
