BID NOTICE - REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS Community Action Opportunities & City of Asheville request sealed bids from qualified roofing contractors, including Historically Underutilized Businesses, to replace a roof on the Reid Recreation Center Annex, a.k.a., the Lonnie D. Burton Child Development Center, a city-owned building, located at 133 Livingston Street, Asheville, NC 28801. Federal Recovery funds support the project. The Agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on 6/30/10 at 2:00 PM at the Annex building. The date for sealed bids is extended.
